Warranty Policy
RoboTars are made for individual order and we are in our beginning phases of sales to our customers. It is very important to us that we establish a good and trusting relationship with those that have demonstrated trust in Life Upgrades by buying a RoboTar. Therefore, we will work with customers for the first year on repairs for up to 3 burnt out servos replaced for free, we will also assess other damage or non-working parts, if it is found by Life Upgrades to be caused by weak or faulty construction, we may repair and return your device without additional charge (this is up to the discretion of Life Upgrades, LLC). Other non-covered servos or damage will be charged for parts and labor. The customer is responsible for shipping for all repairs and returns.
Returns Policy
Because RoboTars are made to order, we buy all the parts specifically for your purchase and therefore you have essentially bought all of the parts without a return option (we cannot return your parts). However, we understand there could be a customer who wishes to return their RoboTar. In this exception case, we will buy back unwanted fully functioning in-tact RoboTars for the first year at 60% of the original purchase price. A damaged or non-functioning RoboTar that can be refurbished (up to the discretion of Life Upgrades, LLC) can be bought back into our refurbishing program at an appropriate price depending on the released version and age of the RoboTar. We will use refurbished RoboTars to make them available at a lower price to those that cannot afford a new version which is the main reason we will not be able to buy back fully functioning RoboTars at full price and we hope you agree this is a good approach. With your support, we hope to improve our return program over time and simultaneously improve our refurbish program to make RoboTars available to more people at affordable prices.
